Emerald's Treats began in a kitchen that doubled as a classroom. As a Food Science and Technology student, I learned to see flour, sugar, and butter not just as ingredients, but as a language — one with rules I could study, bend, and eventually make my own. Every cake that leaves our kitchen carries that discipline: measured, tested, and trusted.
